Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya reflect in your ph997 account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the respective banking institution and may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect.
All funds deposited to ph997 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ph997 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name will be returned and may trigger an AML investigation. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a gaming session, ph997's system will record the state of the game at the point of interruption.
